About Me

As a professional home balancer with a background in Feng Shui, I specialize in decluttering and organizing and decor services for the purpose of minimalism.

In 2015 I had a cleaning company for 5 years where I eventually found myself wanting to declutter things if I noticed something was never used and only collected dust.

My cleaning services became very popular because I would always organize as I go but sometimes it was impossible without decluttering things first.

Eventually I started asking for permission to spend some extra time doing detailed work in specific areas outside the spectrum of just cleaning. I began to create what I call home balancing because I saw it as bringing balance to each room by removing stagnant clutter and piles of stuff. I applied some of the fundamentals of feng shui to professional cleaning and created home balancing thus ZEN HOME BALANCING was born.

In 2023 I graduated from the INSTITUTE OF INTEGRATED NUTRITION - IIN, obtaining their integrated nutrition & health coaching certification where I was taught the meanings of:

MULTIDIMENSIONAL HEALTH -  the idea that health is holistic and extends into all aspects of the individual; from your physical body to your surroundings, to your mental health, felt emotions and your deepest spiritual needs. These aspects of health physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual are interconnected and influence one another in many ways along the journey to whole-person health. Multidimensional health considers all aspects of life that influences one’s health in addition to food and exercise.

BIO-INDIVIDUALITY - everyone has different needs and is unique in what supports their individual health and happiness. These needs will change over time, so continually adjusting our approach to health and lifestyle is necessary. Every person, condition and situation is unique and needs to be

WHOLE PERSON MEDICINE -  human beings are not just physical bodies we are also mental, emotional, spiritual entities. Humans are community being. All dimensions of human life and health have to be taken into account when understanding human health, illness and healing.

HOLISITIC- refers to the idea of considering something as a whole, rather than as individual parts. It emphasizes the interconnectedness and interdependence of various elements within a system and understanding how different parts interact and influence one another to create a unified and integrated whole. Holistic approaches emphasize treating the entire person as a whole rather than just addressing specific symptoms or aspects.

I gained an intricate foundation of strategies and approaches which I am very excited to dive into with you, supporting you, guiding you and cheering for you each step of the way!
